Ingredients:

25 grams of UPON 91 Coffee (medium-fine grind)​
400 milliliters of hot water (200°F)​

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filter: Place a paper filter in your pour-over cone and rinse with hot water.​
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Place ground UPON 91 Coffee into the filter.​
  3. Bloom: Pour enough hot water to wet the grounds and let it bloom for 30 seconds.​
  4. Continue Pouring: Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, maintaining a steady pace.​
  5. Serve: Once the water has passed through, remove the filter and enjoy your coffee.​
